• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse by contacting customer support.

• After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return upon delivery subject to our return policy conditions.

2. Cancellation by My Krishi We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order under the following circumstances:

• Stock unavailability or product discontinued.

• Pricing errors or incorrect product details listed on the platform.

• Suspected fraudulent transactions or incomplete delivery details.

In case of an order cancellation from our end, any payment made will be refunded back to your original payment method in full.
